Who can I target via the Google Display Network?
The Google Display Network (GDN) has 2 million partner sites that you can target. Remarketing - which uses the Google Display Network - offers an inexpensive way to get potential customers back to your website and let them convert.
What is remarketing?
Remarketing is a clever way to connect with visitors to your website who may not have made an immediate purchase or enquiry. You can build an audience list based on your previous website visitors and then show ads as they browse around the internet.
Remarketing can be a cost-effective way of increasing your website conversions, as you it’s much more targeted than normal display advertising.
How does remarketing work?
Remarketing works based on cookies. By adding a special piece of tracking to your website (or using your current Google Analytics setup) we can start tracking your website visitors. Based on their behaviour on your website we can define these into audience lists.
So, for example, we can build a list that contains visitors that visited certain pages or sections on your website. Google gives us a lot of control over who we can show the ads to. So we can exclude visitors that already turned into leads or customers or visitors that haven’t been to your website recently. Also, we can add a frequency cap to your ads and much, more more.
What other types of campaigns can I run?
Google Ads are classified into three types:
Search campaigns
These ads, which are normally in text form, can appear on Google Search results pages when someone searches for a product or service that is similar to yours.
Display campaigns
These advertising, which are typically in image form, show on websites or apps that your customers visit.
Video campaigns
Often 6 or 15 second videos, these advertisements appear before or during YouTube content.
Our AdWords management services include all of these campaign types.
